Eczacıbaşı Dynavit is preparing to experience its first derby excitement in its new home in the third week of the Vodafone Sultans League. The team will host VakıfBank and complete the day with a single training session.
Team Captain Simge Aköz spoke before the match: “We are heading into one of the most important games of the season. VakıfBank is always a strong opponent that we respect. Matches like these are a great opportunity for us to develop as a team. We’ve prepared well and want to reflect our game on the court. Maintaining consistency, especially in service and defense, and keeping the game at our desired tempo will be decisive for us. The energy within the team is very high. The trust and support everyone has in each other is our biggest strength this season. We always feel the support of our fans; with their energy, we will give our best on the court. Our goal is clear: to stay true to our game, and fight for every point.”

As part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the players will take the court with a breast cancer awareness banner. Special pink volleyballs will be passed around the stands during the match.
As a new tradition in the arena, the ceremonial coin toss will be conducted by Esra Gümüş Kırıcı, the former captain of Eczacıbaşı.
Eczacıbaşı Dynavit’s beloved mascot, Tiger, will engage the crowd with various activities throughout the match.
