In the 20th week of the Vodafone Sultanlar League, Eczacıbaşı Dynavit faced Aras Kargo away from home and were defeated 3–2 with set scores of 23–25, 25–18, 25–23, 27–29, and 10–15.

The match began with a service ace by the home team. In the first set, Eczacıbaşı Dynavit scored their initial points through their middle blockers. In a closely contested set where the lead changed hands frequently, the orange-and-whites scored three consecutive points during Dilay’s service run. In the final moments of a fiercely contested set, Eczacıbaşı Dynavit found important points through Ebrar Karakurt’s attacks, but Aras Kargo won the set 29–27, sending the match to a deciding fifth set.

The fifth and deciding set also started with back-and-forth points. Despite the orange-and-whites setting up an effective attacking organization, their efforts were not enough, and they lost the set 15–10 and the match 3–2.
