As part of its new season roster planning, Eczacıbaşı Dynavit has added German middle blocker Camilla Weitzel to its squad.
Born in 2000 and standing at 195 cm, German middle blocker Camilla Weitzel has played for VCO Dresden, Dresdner SC 1898, Reale Mutua Fenera Chieri ’76, Megabox Ondulati Del Savio Vallefoglia and Savino Del Bene Scandicci throughout her career.
Having won the German Bundesliga, German Cup, CEV Challenge Cup, CEV Cup and FIVB Volleyball Women’s Club World Championship titles in her club career, Weitzel joins our team with experience in Italy’s Serie A1 and the CEV Champions League.
With the German National Team, Weitzel has competed in major international competitions such as the Volleyball Nations League, European Championship, World Championship and Olympic Qualifiers. She has also received the MVP award at the 2025 AIA AeQuilibrium Cup, the Best Attacker award at the 2022/23 CEV Challenge Cup and the MVP award at the 2019/20 German Cup.
