Born in 2001, the young and promising setter Elif Şahin joined Tigers in the 2020-2021 season.
Having spent her Academy years at Karayolları, Elif claimed an important result with her Junior Team as they finished 2017-18 season as the Turkish runners-up. Elif played also for the Turkish National Team in the youth and junior categories, where she claimed the fourth place in the U18 World Championship as well as in the U19 European Championship. In the U19’s she won a silver medal at the Balkan Championship.
Elif has won the Turkish Champions Cup in the 2020-21 season.
Elif Şahin has won the FIVB Nations League Championship and CEV European Championship with the Turkish National Team in 2023.
