Bilun Yılmaz

Club Manager

After graduating from the Italian High School, Yılmaz completed her education with a master’s degree from Bahçeşehir University and the University of Amsterdam. Following his active volleyball career, she served as team manager at Yeşilyurt, Çanakkale Belediyespor, and VakıfBank clubs. Throughout her administrative career, she achieved 4 CEV Champions League titles, 4 FIVB Club World Championship titles, 5 Turkish League championships, 4 Turkish Cups, and 2 Super Cup victories.

Giulio Cesare Bregoli

Head Coach

Giulio Cesare Bregoli, who won the CEV Cup and CEV Challenge Cup championships with Reale Mutua Fenera Chieri '76, one of the Italian League teams he coached for many years during his club career, started his coaching career in France's Saint-Raphaël Var Volley-Ball team in the 2013–2014 season. The experienced name, born on September 11, 1974, later took on the role of head coach of the Swedish Women's National Team and won the 2024 CEV European Golden League championship. Bregoli, who signed a contract with the German Women's National Team in 2024 that will last until 2028, also served as an assistant coach in the Italian Women's National Team. Club Achievements

Gerardo Daglio

Assistant Coach

He began his coaching career in the Italian Serie A1 in 2021. He won the Challenge Cup championship in the 2022/23 season and the CEV Cup championship in the 2023/24 season with Reale Mutua Fenera Chieri '76. Daglio, who played an important role in the championships he experienced with Chieri '76, served as assistant coach in the 2023-2024 season and head coach in the 2024-2025 season at Popsivo Polwan, one of Indonesia's successful clubs.

Kaan İNCEKARA

Assistant Coach

Born in Munich in 1979, Kaan İNCEKARA graduated from Ege University, Department of Teaching at BESYO. He worked at Karşıyaka Sports Club for 10 years and Arkas Sports Club for 6 years. During his years in the youth teams, he served in the Junior Girls and Youth Girls National Teams. Kaan İncekara, who has been working as an assistant coach at Eczacıbaşı Sports Club since the 2017-2018 season, has served as an Assistant Coach at the Croatia Women's A Volleyball National Team after the 2022-2023 season at Eczacıbaşı Sports Club. Kaan İncekara has won 1 World Club Championship Championship, 1 World Club Championship Second Place, 2 World Club Championship Third Place, 1 Champions League Second Place, 2 CEV Cup Championships, 5 Sultans League Second Place, 2 Turkey Cup Championships, 2 Axa Sigorta Cup Volleyball Championships, and 3 Super Cup Championships with our club.

Marius Clerc

Assistant Coach

Born in 1999, Marius Clerc played professional volleyball in France for four years. After his playing career, he began his coaching career in Nantes, first working with the youth academy and later with the professional team.

During his time with Nantes, Clerc gained experience in the Champions League and took part in numerous final-stage competitions over two seasons, including the Super Cup, Cup, and play-off finals.

Most recently, Clerc worked for Altafratte in Italy’s second division, leading the team to the season final. He has also served as an assistant coach for the France men's national volleyball team during the last two summers.

As of the 2026–2027 season, he has joined our club as an assistant coach.

Erman GÜÇİN

Assistant Coach

Born in 1983, Erman Güçin finished his college degree at the Marmara University School of Physical Education and Sports.

Having played volleyball at professional level before he began his coaching career, Güçin played for İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi, Manavgatspor, MEF Schools, Beşiktaş, İTÜ and Çevregücü.


Doruk Daioğlu

Statiscian

Doruk Daioğlu was born in Istanbul in 2001. He graduated from V.K.V Koç Private High School and continues his education and training life at Marmara University Sports Academy Coaching Faculty. He started his first volleyball career in 2008 at Fenerbahçe Sports Club, joined Fenerbahçe HDI Sigorta A Team in 2018 and continued on loan at GCT Düzce Sports Club. In the following years, he played for Milas Municipality and Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Sports Club. He has competed with our National Team 15 times in his sports career. He won the 3rd place in the European Championship in 2017 and the Most Valuable Libero award in the Balkan Championship in 2019, while he won the Balkan Championship with our Men's National Team.

He started his coaching career in 2017 as a field coach at Fenerbahçe Opet A Team. As of the 2024-2025 season, he will be working as a youth statistics coach and field coach in our club.

Yiğit Alp Kalkancı

Manager Assistant

Born in Istanbul in 1996, Yiğit Alp Kalkancı is a graduate of Marmara University, Faculty of Sport Sciences, Department of Sports Management.

He began his administrative career in 2019, serving respectively at Karşıyaka Sports Club, Manisa Metropolitan Municipality Sports Club, and Beşiktaş Gymnastics Club.

During the 2021–2022 season, he was part of the Manisa Metropolitan Municipality Sports Club team that won both the Turkish Basketball League Championship and the Federation Cup.

Rett Larson

Strength & Conditioning Coach

Rett Larson, a fitness trainer with significant international experience, served on the Chinese Women's National Volleyball Team between 2011 and 2018. During this period, she led the team's physical preparation processes and played an important role in their gold medal wins at the 2015 World Cup and 2016 Rio Olympic Games. As of the 2019-2020 season, Larson has been coaching the Dutch Women's National Team and will continue to serve on the German Women's National Team until the end of the 2026 season.

Lorenzo Pelloni

Strength Coach

Lorenzo Pelloni began his volleyball journey as a player and later moved into coaching youth teams before specializing in strength and conditioning in the United States.

Throughout his career as a strength and conditioning coach, Pelloni worked at College USA and later served with Deya Volley in the Bulgarian Super League, Arago de Sète in France’s Ligue 1, and the Germany women's national volleyball team.

Bringing valuable international experience to our technical staff, Lorenzo Pelloni will contribute to our team’s physical performance processes in the new season.

Daniela SELAMI

Physiotherapist

Born in 1974 in Sofia, Bulgaria, Daniela M. Selami graduated from NSA “V.Levski” Sofia-Kinesitherapy faculty in 1999.

She started her career in Turkey with Kocaeli Spor Women's Volleyball Team, and in 2001 and 2002, she took part in Turkey A National Women's Volleyball Team and Turkey Youth National Teams.

Selami, who started his career at Eczacıbaşı Sports Club between 2004-2014, won 4 Turkish League Championships, 3 Turkish Cups, 2 Super Cups and 2 European Championships, 4th place in 1 European Top Teams together with the team.

Selami worked with the Sarıyer Women's Volleyball team between 2014 and 2017 and continued her career as a freelancer as of 2017. Daniela Selami has been working as the physiotherapist of the Eczacıbaşı Dynavit Women's Volleyball Team as of the 2023 - 2024 season.

Kübra GÜNEŞ DOĞAN

Physiotherapist

Born in 1995, Kübra Güneş graduated from Yeditepe University, Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation. After working as a volunteer at various sports clubs and sports health centers, she started working as a physiotherapist in an orthopedics clinic. She has been working as a physiotherapist in our club since January 2022.

Cihan FİDAN

Massage Therapist

Born in 1984, Cihan Fidan started his career in 2007 at Beşiktaş.

Fidan has worked for Beşiktaş men’s basketball, women’s volleyball and women’s basketball teams between the years of 2007 and 2013 both for senior teams and development teams. Fidan also worked for Turkish Basketball Fedeartion, as the massage therapist of Turkish Women’s Basketball Team.

Ali DEMİRCAN

Medical Coordinator

1990 Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty, 2005 Marmara University Graduate Program in Health Institutions Graduate Program. Since 2013 he has been working as the coordinator of Health Department of Eczacıbaşı Sports Club.

Prof Dr. Tolga AYDOĞ

Doctor

He graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1989. He completed FTR specialization in 1993 and Ph.D. in Sports Medicine in 2002. He is the doctor of our club since 2013.
